Title: Executive Assistant Location: Boston United States Job Description: Executive Assistant We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer and Chief Security Officer in our Boston, Massachusetts office. This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite in our Boston office three days a week. We seek a highly proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative to ensure our senior leaders are operating at their highest level of impact. About the Team The Product and Security teams at Rapid7 focus on building, defending, and optimizing the solutions that allow over 11,000 organizations to advance securely. While their day-to-day technical functions differ, they are united by a shared mission to challenge the conventional ways of cybersecurity and create a safer digital future. As the Executive Assistant to these groups, you serve as the strategic glue and operational engine that keeps these distinct teams aligned and plays a key part in helping them lead with intention and efficiency.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to enable and amplify the impact of our senior Product and Security leaders by providing seamless administrative and strategic support. We are excited about candidates that have an interest or aptitude around cybersecurity and product management. As an Executive Assistant your focus will be to: Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and shifting priorities with efficiency and discretion Coordinate domestic and international travel, including agendas and logistics Prepare materials, content, and correspondence for internal and external meetings Serve as a trusted liaison and point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, board members, and external partners Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism and poise The skills and qualities you'll bring include: 5+ years of experience supporting senior Product executives in the Cybersecurity or high-growth tech environments Strong skills in calendar management, travel planning, and executive-level communication High proficiency with Google Workspace Experience managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion Ability to independently solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate needs Operational Execution: Ability to keep track of details, deadlines, and follow-through across complex logistic Understands business goals and adjusts support style to match the pace and needs of senior leaders Takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through on commitments, and holds themselves to a high standard of performance Builds trusted partnerships and contributes positively to team dynamics Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success. The salary range for this role in the US is: $89,300.00 - 120,700.00 USD Annual Salary ranges may vary based on geographical location.
