Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payment, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions during the first half of the month.
  • Take similar calls and spend approximately 20% of each day on an auto dialer reminding borrowers of their payments during the second half of the month. You'll ask if they want to make the payment via phone, but this is not a collections role.
  • Demonstrate positivity, courtesy, and helpfulness when dealing with every homeowner, ensuring that each interaction is a positive experience.
  • Directly engage with customers across a variety of inbound customer requests and inquiries, which may include website assistance, escrow, processing payoffs, and more.
  • Offer and refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to the Originations department, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Perform outbound activities on accounts less than 30 days past due, but may also include accounts with higher delinquencies, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Understand escalation paths for different types of calls and dynamically route them to the appropriate internal parties, ensuring that each issue is resolved efficiently and effectively.

Hours and Schedule:

This is a Monday to Friday schedule, with availability to work any time between 7:00am and 6:00pm. We're looking for individuals who are flexible and can adapt to changing schedules as needed.

Pay and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Bilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply, and monthly bonus potential up to $500 is available for meeting performance targets. Our benefits package includes:
