Experienced Customer Success Representative – Overnight Shift (Wed-Sun 8pm-7am) at arenaflex

If so, we invite you to join arenaflex's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Representative, working an overnight shift from Wednesday to Sunday, 8pm-7am.

The Job

As a Customer Success Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be the frontline for customer support inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and Slack. You'll work closely with our Product team to resolve issues, provide guidance, and troubleshoot problems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the frontline for customer support inquiries: Respond to customer outreach across multiple channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Working through creative solutions to complex problems: Develop innovative solutions to effectively answer customer questions, provide guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and route feedback.
  • Managing a queue of open issues: Deliver timely and effective solutions to customers, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Communicating bugs and user feedback to our Product team: Provide valuable insights and feedback to our Product team to help us improve our product and processes.
  • Helping with customer retention and contributing recommendations for improving our product and processes: Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new solutions.

Who We're Looking For

If you're a self-driven, productive, and empathetic individual who is committed to delivering service excellence in every customer interaction, we'd love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong customer support skills: Ability to handle challenging situations over the phone, providing empathetic, compassionate, responsive, and resourceful support to customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Aptitude for learning new products: Ability to quickly learn new products and help customers understand complex topics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Spanish language capability or other second language at business conversation level: A plus, but not required.
