Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
• Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
• Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation to drive customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, and communication
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail or convenience store environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service procedures
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, including cash registers and inventory management software
