Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers as they enter our office and providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answering customer questions regarding our products and services, and providing expert advice and guidance
  • Managing company events, tradeshows, and retail partners effectively, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential customer information, and ensuring data security and integrity
  • Assisting the sales team with new product launches and promotions, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, marketing, or communications)
  • A minimum of one to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
