Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical F&A systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions to support our Finance partners. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve, leveraging emerging technologies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating connections and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs.
• Working closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Advancing our understanding of financial cycles, planning philosophies, frameworks, reports, and analyses.
• Serving as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to facilitate change.
• Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
• Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate education is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial technology.
• Strong working knowledge of financial reports and statements.
• A solid understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data management.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:

• Experience working with cloud-based financial systems and tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Certification in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
