Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients of a major US pharmacy chain, resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and other concerns
  • Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, insurance companies, and customers as necessary to resolve cases and ensure timely delivery of medications
  • Conducting insurance resolutions and benefit verifications to ensure accurate and efficient processing
  • Resolving complex cases to ensure customers receive the right medications in a timely manner
  • Utilizing multitasking, data entry, and soft skills to effectively manage phone calls and interactions with customers
  • Conducting basic computing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office to navigate emails, set up online accounts, and reset passwords
  • Working in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, insurance coverage, and other related topics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
