Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a large, established book of business, including reviewing insurance contracts for inaccuracies and processing endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
  • Completing and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews, as well as checking policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals.
  • Handling new and renewal submissions, cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues, applying problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues.
  • Working independently or as part of a team to achieve business objectives and ensure the retention of all assigned accounts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Property and Casualty (P&C) license
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverages, including admitted and non-admitted carriers
  • Above-average computer skills, with the ability to become proficient in various needed programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with various insurance products and maintaining client relationships
