Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for participating in various market research tasks, including:
- Participating in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Completing written and/or oral instructions to contribute to the discussion
- Filling out written surveys provided for each panel
- Testing and reviewing new products or services before they are released to the public
- Providing honest feedback on products and services to our sponsors and partners
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not compulsory
- US residents only
