Responsibilities
As a Virtual Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with multiple clients throughout the day, delivering unparalleled service and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and meeting them where they are most comfortable: their homes
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in weekly training led by top industry leaders, expanding your knowledge and refining your skills
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
