Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, assist clients with loan applications, and gather feedback to improve our services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic, supportive team.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients understand their funding options and application processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach.
  • Assist clients with their loan applications and help them navigate resources, explaining product benefits clearly.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for service and product improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including funding specialists and tech support, to ensure seamless service for customers.
  • Guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide informed support to clients.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles, although training is available for the right candidate.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, but training can be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools.
