Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed

Essential Qualifications
