Position Overview – Lead Digital Customer Growth

We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking professional to lead digital customer growth across arenaflex’s expansive digital ecosystem. In this role, you will orchestrate strategy, execution, and optimization of eCommerce, demand generation, and customer experience initiatives. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including product, technology, marketing, and analytics—to design and deliver compelling, data‑driven journeys that accelerate revenue and deepen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & eCommerce Coordination: Partner with development, product, and partner teams to define and align digital strategies across desktop, mobile web, and native apps. Lead the integration of affiliate sales, digital acquisition partnerships, and new distribution channels, ensuring a unified and frictionless customer experience.
  • Demand & Traffic Optimization: Own the end‑to‑end demand generation roadmap. Work closely with marketing and care teams to design traffic acquisition plans, prioritize converged growth initiatives, and implement fraud‑prevention measures that protect both the brand and its customers.
  • Customer Journey & Experience Management: Develop deep insights into digital personas and audience segments. Map, test, and refine multi‑touch‑point journeys that deliver the right arenaflex products at the right moments, driving cross‑selling, upselling, and long‑term engagement.
  • Technology & Innovation Leadership: Champion a “test‑and‑learn” mindset, employing hypothesis‑driven experiments to validate new concepts quickly. Identify high‑impact opportunities such as personalization engines, AI‑driven recommendation systems, and scalable platform enhancements that future‑proof arenaflex’s digital infrastructure.
  • Data Analytics & Optimization: Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning models, and performance dashboards to extract actionable insights. Translate data into strategic decisions that improve site speed, conversion rates, and overall digital sales performance.
  • Project & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead large‑scale, high‑visibility projects with strategic autonomy. Influence executive decision‑making, mentor junior team members, and communicate progress and results to senior leadership across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in eCommerce, digital product management, or growth‑focused product roles.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable digital revenue growth in a complex, multi‑channel environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis platforms (e.g., R, Python).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Data Science, or related) or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Scrum Master).
  • Hands‑on experience with personalization platforms, AI/ML recommendation engines, and marketing automation tools.

  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and performance‑based acquisition strategies.
