Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Ticketing & Check‑In Mastery: Operate advanced point‑of‑sale and reservation systems to issue tickets, process check‑ins, assign seats, and manage upgrades while ensuring accuracy and compliance with fare rules.
  • Cash & Payment Handling: Accept and accurately process cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, coupons, and other payment forms, compute charges, make change, and reconcile daily transaction totals.
  • Baggage & Cargo Coordination: Verify baggage weight and dimensions, tag, route, and load luggage and cargo, and address any special handling requirements.
  • Phone & Communication Excellence: Answer inbound calls, provide flight information, resolve complaints, page customers, and use public address systems to keep travelers informed.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist passengers dealing with oversold flights, delays, cancellations, lost or damaged luggage, and other travel disruptions, delivering timely solutions and compassionate support.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide up‑to‑date fare, schedule, reservation, and arrival/departure details; answer general inquiries for both travelers and airport visitors.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete required forms, incident reports, irregularity logs, and complaint documentation accurately and promptly.
