Job Summary

We're seeking an Entry-Level Data Entry Analyst to join our team and support our production operations. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and tracking production data from the field, inputting and managing data related to production, and assisting with monthly data settlements. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and tracking production data from the field to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Inputting and managing data related to production, including well files and production reports
• Assisting with monthly data settlements to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Organizing well files and maintaining accurate records to support production operations
• Processing and managing invoices from field operations to ensure timely payment and accurate accounting

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent Excel skills and a passion for data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or mathematics)
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications
