Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be working as an independent contractor, selecting your own shifts and working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your schedule and workload
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a contractor with Arenaflex, you will be paid on a weekly basis, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. You will also have access to additional incentives, based on client and performance metrics. Our contractors enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and Arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. Arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
