Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, including analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive online sales growth
  • Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition
  • Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of online sales and marketing innovation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong understanding of online sales and marketing trends and best practices
