Job Summary

As an Apple Home Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues, and educating customers about Apple products, features, and services. You'll work from the comfort of your home, supporting our customers and helping them discover the magic of Apple. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, using your technical expertise to resolve complex problems.
