Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support Representative to join our team in a USA remote capacity. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide real-time support to clients via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You'll work closely with our sales and financial planning teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while also contributing to the development of FAQs and other support documentation.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Real-Time Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly via live chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Identifying and Escalating Critical Issues: Recognize and escalate critical issues while maintaining a high level of service, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Documenting Client Interactions: Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system, maintaining a clear and concise record of all support activities.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Financial Planning Teams: Work closely with our sales and financial planning teams to ensure a consistent client experience, aligning support activities with business objectives.
  • Developing Support Documentation: Assist in the development of FAQs and other support documentation, ensuring that clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gathering Client Feedback: Collect client feedback to help improve services and processes, ensuring that we're delivering the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Staying Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends, enabling you to effectively assist clients and provide expert support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or live chat roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
