Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression on the phone and in person
- Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
- Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail and maintaining high standards

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
- Experience working with CRM software and other technical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
