Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic PC Skills: Proficiency in basic PC skills, including arenaflex Office, email, and internet navigation.
  • Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
