Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online community management

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Forum Chats Moderator, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. This may involve:

  • Responding to customer support questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging with potential new customers, providing product information and answering sales-related questions
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement customer support strategies
  • Analyzing customer feedback and suggestions to improve arenaflex's products and services

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication

Skills and Background:

* A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed
