Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities
- Preparing source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if needed, and checking output
- Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Data Entry Experience (1 year) with a strong understanding of data management principles
- Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in typing and data entry software
- Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment operation (fax machine, scanner, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy
- Confidentiality and organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Bachelor degree (preferred)
