Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing real-time support to customers globally through our virtual call center environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through real-time calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and first-call resolution rates
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
