Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Central Reservations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling general customer inquiries, and generating excitement for visiting our properties. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering quality service, building rapport, and making a difference in the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Book new reservations for lodging, tours, and activities, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a proactive and empathetic manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and packages to guests, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest issues and ensure that their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, destinations, and promotions to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that guest information is secure and confidential

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous hospitality experience providing sales or customer service in a call center environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
  • Excellent problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the guest experience
  • Professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-performance driven culture
  • Dependable and reliable, with a strong attendance record
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet browser proficiency
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a minimum 50 MBPS internet connection at home

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, destinations, and promotions
  • Certification in customer service or sales is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, with the ability to make up to $18.75 per hour with variable compensation (incentive)
