Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary systems and processes for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while maintaining our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
