As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet and exceed customer expectations. - Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Implement features and fixes, ensuring that applications are stable, secure, and performant, and that customer data is protected.
- Work with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of applications, and to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to ensure that our codebase remains high-quality and maintainable.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's technical roadmap.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud applications.
- Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and containerization using Docker.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and testing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Mastery of a range of programming languages, including JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of database management systems, including relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
