Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Contract Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Input: Accurately typing and organizing data from various sources into computer systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting administrative functions.
  • Data Management: Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of computerized records systems, verifying data by comparing source documents, and updating existing data.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing tasks similar to those of an administrative assistant, such as answering phone calls, sorting mail, and greeting patients or visitors.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Creating accurate spreadsheets, retrieving data or electronic files, compiling, sorting, and verifying accuracy of demographic, financial, and/or customer data before it is entered.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Typing Speed and Accuracy: A minimum of 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Basic Computer Software: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
