Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers in written English, specifically about e-commerce products, exceeding their expectations, and delighting them with your expertise.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa.
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Providing constructive feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service process, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced written English proficiency for effective communication, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
