Key Responsibilities – Lead, Coach, and Grow a Winning Team

  • Team Leadership & Talent Acquisition: Recruit, hire, and onboard top‑tier Oncology Sales Representatives and Specialists to build a balanced, high‑energy district team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, competency assessments, and develop individualized development plans that accelerate career growth.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and implement district‑specific business plans aligned with national sales strategies, ensuring targets for revenue, market share, and product access are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Customer‑Centric Solutioning: Partner with your team to uncover unmet needs, educate key stakeholders on the clinical and economic value of arenaflex’s oncology portfolio, and co‑create solutions that improve patient outcomes.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Operations Directors, Account Managers, alliance partners, and internal functional teams to synchronize efforts, share best practices, and drive unified messaging across the market.
  • District Operations & Compliance: Oversee travel logistics, budgeting, expense management, and ensure adherence to corporate policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Leadership of District Meetings: Organize, facilitate, and inspire regular sales meetings that reinforce strategy, celebrate wins, address challenges, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • People Management & HR Partnership: Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR processes in partnership with Human Resources, maintaining a respectful and high‑performance environment.

Essential Qualifications – The Foundation for Success

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a minimum of eight (8) years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least ten (10) years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry Experience: At least four (4) years within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or broader healthcare sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead field‑based sales teams, preferably within oncology or related therapeutic areas.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the capability to establish and nurture relationships across multi‑disciplinary customer organizations.
  • Travel & Mobility: Valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district as well as for regional and national meetings.
  • Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
