Job Summary

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, provide training and support, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. This is a full-time opportunity to work from home, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and training to clients on arenaflex products and services

  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management, to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Proactively assist clients with preventing potential issues
  • Jump deep to understand complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to resolve technical issues

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Computer Science)

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in arenaflex Office and arenaflex Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, Azure)

  • Knowledge of technical concepts, such as cloud computing, data storage, and security
  • Experience working with customers in a technical support role
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
