Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for managing various platforms and tools to ensure seamless customer interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing arenaflex Drive/Docs to store and organize client documents and information
• Managing Helpscout, a customer service email platform, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Managing and organizing Kajabi, a CRM platform, to track customer interactions and sales data
• Managing Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various tools and platforms
• Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, which will require you to learn new technologies and tools
• Managing arenaflex Connect and arenaflex Play Console to optimize app store presence and performance
• Managing Test Flight to ensure smooth app testing and quality assurance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in project management or customer service leadership (a plus)
• A detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on organization and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues
• Tech savviness, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Intuitive organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands
• Location in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
