Job Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness
- Being actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization
- Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organizing their distribution through various channels
- Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating our website to ensure a seamless user experience
- Collaborating with designers to improve user experience and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Job Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns, as well as SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field
