Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from clients, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services, and ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from clients and following scripted questions to obtain information about their work sites
  • Entering data into a ticket format and identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating effectively with clients, peers, and management to ensure that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Processing information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
  • Accurately reading digital maps and providing clear and concise information to clients
  • Demonstrating an interest in public safety and understanding and applying new concepts
  • Working effectively and independently in a home or office environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including having good attendance
  • Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
  • Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with mapping systems and digital maps
  • Experience with data entry and ticketing systems
