Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers engaging with our company through our website chat system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex's products, services, and ongoing projects
  • Assisting with customer issues, troubleshooting basic queries or redirecting to the appropriate department
