Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transaction data
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other customer service software
  • Bilingual language skills, particularly in Spanish or other languages spoken by arenaflex customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
