Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our dynamic insurance team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and sales support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry

  • Life and health insurance licenses (arenaflex will provide training and support for licensure)
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
