Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional income from the comfort of your home while sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your responsibilities will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel to help us better understand your opinions and experiences
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services to help our clients improve their offerings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below (Child Related, Cell Phones, Entertainment, Food, Sports, Electronics, Pets, Automobiles)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
Experience

Compensation
As a valued member of our team, you'll be compensated for your participation in our focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your compensation will be as follows:
- $75-$150 per 1-hour session
- $300-$750 for multi-session studies
Educational Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
