Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email. Your positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively will be essential in building trust and rapport with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
