What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via phone to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions
* Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions for customers

* Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a customer-centric culture

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing
* Adaptability to change and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Ability to pass a background check

* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
