You'll work in a designated retail location, where you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers with their orders, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You'll also be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.

  • Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
  • Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
  • Temperature: Our Locker locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
  • Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
  • Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
