Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes:
- Email Correspondence: Respond to guest inquiries via email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain Brand Voice: Communicate in a manner that reflects the fun, engaging, and fabulous personality of arenaflex.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting or tourism/hospitality industry.
- Reservation Management Skills: Experience using a reservation management system is a plus.
- Google Workspace: Experience with gmail, google voice is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using email platforms, VoIP phone systems, and other digital communication tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Availability: About 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexible weekday hours and occasional required weekends.
- Personality: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Drag Fan: Must be a fan of drag culture and appreciate the art of drag—enthusiasm for the queens is a must!

Job Type
This is a part-time contract position, with expected hours ranging from 8 to 15 per week.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.
