Experienced Live Chat Customer Service Agent – Remote Support for arenaflex

We're now seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat. Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and friendly manner
  • Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Providing information on hotel services, promotions, and policies
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assisting in project management and follow-up on action items
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support (a plus)
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
  • Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems (a bonus)
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

* High school diploma or equivalent
