We're seeking a highly skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow into technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers

  • Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries

  • Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and can-do approach to work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (e.g., billing systems, payment gateways)
