Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer service
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and call volume targets
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and drive business growth
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service

Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and contributions to the business.
