Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism.
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions in our database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Demonstrating excellent etiquette while communicating with customers to create a positive experience.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (1-2 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication
  • Strong office skills, including data entry and familiarity with computer systems
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
