Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (1-2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication
- Strong office skills, including data entry and familiarity with computer systems
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers
