- Own the ClinOps Tooling Vision and Roadmap to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focusing on operational tooling, automation, and governance.
- Drive a tech-enabled operating model by partnering with AI and Product leadership.
- Translate operational processes into standardized, repeatable solutions.
- Design mechanisms for performance auditing and operational governance.
- Solve horizontal problems end-to-end by diagnosing root causes and designing actionable solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to prioritize initiatives and refine workflows.
- Bridge the gap between ClinOps and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions to new tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product in fast-paced environments.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and driving execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Looker, SQL, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
- Experience in improving operations through technology and governance structures.
- Ability to design performance measurement frameworks and auditing models.
- Experience managing complex roadmaps with multiple stakeholders.
- Systems-thinking mindset with an understanding of workflow interactions.
- Strong organizational discipline with a hands-on and outcome-oriented approach.
