Job Responsibilities
As a Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to pre-sales, after-sales, and logistics-related inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining clear communication with your supervisor during working hours, responding to messages promptly, and updating the record sheet at the end of each workday with any encountered issues.
- Returning missed calls to customers who left messages the previous day and logging the updates to ensure timely responses.
- Following up on abandoned orders, understanding the reasons behind the abandonment, attempting to retain the customers, and converting them into sales.
- Confirming customer addresses by calling customers as assigned by the supervisor to verify shipping addresses and ensure smooth deliveries.
Working Hours
As a remote employee, you will be required to work the following hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, USA) (8 hours per day)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A positive work attitude, responsibility, and the ability to handle pressure.
- The ability to quickly learn and master product knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
