Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, promoting and upselling services and products, providing detailed information about our services, and closing sales. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs
  • Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors
  • Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone and accurately entering customer information into our database
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Proficiency in managing inbound phone calls, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a similar industry or role, with a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
