Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, Swedish‑fluent individuals to join our remote Customer Service team in the Netherlands. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers based in Sweden, providing thoughtful, solution‑focused assistance via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • First‑line Support: Respond to inbound inquiries related to orders, product information, payments, and website navigation.

  • Multi‑Channel Communication: Deliver consistent, high‑quality service across telephone, live chat, and email platforms.
  • Documentation: Accurately record interactions, outcomes, and escalation details in arenaflex’s CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights and share trends with product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work variable schedules—including evenings, weekends, and national holidays—to meet customer demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Legal right to work in the Netherlands (passport, residency permit, or EU citizenship).
  • Fluent Swedish (written and spoken) and solid English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using a computer for web navigation, data entry, and CRM platforms.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts from 7 am to 9 pm (Monday‑Sunday), including holidays.
  • Ability to commit to a four‑week paid training period (full‑time).
  • Dedicated home office space with a desk, ergonomic chair, and a hard‑wired Ethernet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
